Terms of Use

By using SecurityForAll, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

SecurityForAll is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.

By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

2. What SecurityForAll Does

SecurityForAll helps users analyze suspicious messages, links, QR codes, screenshots, and similar content to identify possible scams, phishing attempts, fraud indicators, unsafe websites, impersonation attempts, or other security risks.

SecurityForAll may provide risk scores, explanations, alerts, recommendations, or other informational results.

3. Informational Use Only

SecurityForAll provides informational security analysis. It does not provide legal, financial, banking, law enforcement, or professional security advice.

SecurityForAll does not guarantee that:

• Every scam will be detected
• Every unsafe link will be identified
• Every result will be accurate
• A low-risk result means content is completely safe
• A high-risk result means content is definitely fraudulent

You are responsible for using your own judgment and taking appropriate precautions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use SecurityForAll to:

• Submit illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized content
• Upload passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, medical records, private account credentials, or other highly sensitive information
• Violate another person’s privacy or rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or abuse the app or services
• Bypass usage limits, device binding, subscriptions, security controls, or access restrictions
• Use the app for fraud, harassment, stalking, surveillance, or other harmful activity
• Misrepresent SecurityForAll results as official legal, law enforcement, banking, or government determinations

5. User-Submitted Content

You may choose to submit text, links, QR codes, screenshots, images, or other content for analysis.

You are responsible for the content you submit. You represent that you have the rights or permission needed to submit the content to SecurityForAll for analysis.

You grant SecurityForAll permission to process submitted content as needed to provide app functionality, generate analysis results, improve detection, prevent abuse, create aggregated or de-identified scam trend reports, and operate the service.

6. Aggregated Reports and Service Improvement

SecurityForAll may use submitted content, analysis results, and security indicators to improve scam detection, prevent abuse, and create aggregated or de-identified reports about scam trends, phishing patterns, suspicious URLs, fraud categories, and related security topics.

These reports are designed not to identify individual users.

7. Accounts and Security

Some features may require an account, subscription, or device binding.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, device, and login information. You agree not to share access in a way that bypasses usage limits, subscriptions, or security protections.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe the app is being abused, used fraudulently, used in violation of these Terms, or used in a way that creates security, legal, or operational risk.

8. Subscriptions and Paid Features

SecurityForAll may offer subscriptions, premium features, scan credits, or other paid digital features.

Purchases made through the Android app may be processed by Google Play. Subscription management, cancellation, billing issues, and refunds may be handled through Google Play according to Google Play’s policies.

Deleting the app, deleting an account, or deleting data does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account.

9. Third-Party Services

SecurityForAll may use third-party services to operate the app, including cloud hosting, AI or automated analysis, threat intelligence, URL reputation checks, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, support, and security services.

Your use of SecurityForAll may involve these services as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. No Warranties

SecurityForAll is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or always accurate. We do not guarantee that SecurityForAll will detect every scam, phishing attempt, malicious link, unsafe QR code, or fraudulent message.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecurityForAll and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, financial loss, fraud loss, or security incidents related to your use of or reliance on the app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of SecurityForAll at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using SecurityForAll at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create risk for other users or our services, or use the app in a way that may violate law or platform rules.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AndMoreThings Labs LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.
