These terms govern TrustCheck Radar, operated by AndMoreThings Labs LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. Eligibility and accounts

The initial offering is for adults aged 18 or older in the United States. An account is required for app use, including built-in checks and recovery guidance. Protect your credentials. One active device is supported per individual account; changing the active device can disable protected access on the previous device. Do not share or transfer access to bypass these controls.

2. What the service does

TrustCheck Radar helps you assess suspicious messages, URLs and decoded QR links and provides post-scam guidance. Image text extraction and QR decoding take place on the device; reviewed text or a URL may be submitted for online analysis. Features may be unavailable in a particular release or configuration.

Assessments, including AI explanations, can be wrong or incomplete. They do not guarantee safety, detect every scam, recover money or replace professional legal, financial, banking or emergency assistance. A low-risk result is not a safety guarantee; a high-risk result is not a definitive finding of fraud.

3. Responsible use and submitted content

Submit only content you are authorized to use, and review it for unnecessary personal information. Do not submit credentials, verification codes, payment details, government identification numbers or other unnecessary sensitive data. Do not disrupt the service, evade security or usage controls, or use it for fraud, harassment or surveillance.

You permit processing needed to provide the requested service, enforce access, maintain security and operate your account, as described in the privacy policy. Ordinary use does not grant campaign-research, demographic-research or commercial-intelligence permission. Those uses require the applicable separate optional choice when offered. Refusing research does not reduce purchased access or allowances.

4. Subscriptions, trials and usage

Online AI and external reputation checks require current authorized access and an available allowance. The individual plan is US $4.99 per monthly subscription period with 200 completed user checks. The purchase screen and Google Play confirmation control the actual price, taxes, renewal terms and offer available to you. No automatic usage overage is charged.

Where offered to an eligible account, the trial starts only when explicitly activated and lasts seven days or ten completed checks, whichever comes first. Trial eligibility is account-controlled; reinstalling or changing devices does not create a new entitlement. Complimentary access may be granted to designated accounts without a subscription.

A user check can use several internal services without a separate deduction for each service. Only a server-completed and settled check counts. Failed, partial or inconclusive checks do not count, and technical retries must not create a second deduction for the same check. A completed check can count even if its response is lost; a minimized receipt may not recover all generated wording.

After online access expires or the allowance is exhausted, both AI and external reputation checks stop. Account-required built-in checks and bundled guidance remain available. The current authoritative balance and verified period determine access; an offline display or store callback alone does not grant it.

Google Play processes Android purchases, renewals and cancellations under the terms shown at purchase. Cancel through Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling or deleting an app account does not cancel a subscription. A freshly verified restoration may move an eligible purchase to a new account only after ownership checks; it preserves used checks in the same paid period and does not restore deleted app data.

5. Availability, suspension and third parties

We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, fraud, violations or security risks. We may change or discontinue features with appropriate notice where required. Third-party hosting, AI, reputation and purchase services have their own availability and data practices. See the privacy policy for the service providers and data boundaries.

6. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure service or accurate results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AndMoreThings Labs LLC and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or fraud losses arising from use of or reliance on the service. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

7. Ending use and changes

You can stop using the app and request account deletion. We may suspend or end access for violations or misuse. Updated terms will identify their effective date and receive appropriate notice. Changes to these terms do not replace a required separate research or commercial-use choice.
